ABOUT THE POSITION
Sodexo is a global company that provides services in facility management, meal services, and workplace solutions. They offer everything from corporate restaurants and catering to cleaning services, property maintenance, and employee benefits. With operations in over 50 countries, Sodexo serves businesses, hospitals, schools, and public institutions, aiming to improve the quality of life for both customers and employees.
As a team leader at Sodexo Väst, you will work with Region Östergötland, where the business area includes approximately 200 employees. You will be part of the management team and responsible for leading a team of about 50 employees. In addition to personnel responsibility, you will also have financial responsibility for your group, which includes budget work and analysis of performance reports. Therefore, it is important that you have previous experience in financial follow-up and budget management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
Sodexo's cleaning services in Östergötland include cleaning and hygiene maintenance of healthcare facilities, hospitals, and other public operations. The focus is on creating a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for patients, staff, and visitors. As a team leader, it requires you to have a structured and situational leadership style. You play a central role in following up and ensuring that the work is carried out according to plan. You are responsible for ensuring that planning and resources are in place to enable effective cleaning services. To succeed in this role, it is important that you have good knowledge of cleaning services, and it is an advantage if you have experience in the industry and understand the importance of a clean and hygienic work environment.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish. Required for internal collaboration and documentation.
- Has previously held a role with personnel and budget responsibility.
- Has a B driver's license.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Previous experience and knowledge in cleaning services.
- Completed the training: Insta 800 level 3.
- A background in leadership within public operations as well as experience in performance follow-up and budget work.
